Mistress Vixen is a teacher at the local reformatory school. One of the reprobates is not in uniform, Mistress Vixen (dressed like you wish your female teachers had) believes in group punishment. One deserves punishment for not wearing uniform the other for not making sure he did. Mistress Vixen uses a great paddle painfully push the lesson home. The paddle is replaced by whips and a brutal whipping is inflicted upon both slaves. Once Mistress Vixen is satisfied with the damage she has inflicted upon their wretched bodies they must kneel and kiss her feet in recognition of her dominance and their submission to her absolute authority.
